Ms. Rani Das started Amitash Legal Outsourcing Process (ALOP) with a simple but powerful intention to bridge the gap between skilled legal professionals in India and U.S. immigration attorneys who needed trustworthy, reliable support.
Her journey in law began in India, where she pursued her law degree at Sharda University and later earned a master’s in International Law from Kurukshetra University. Ms. Das explored different areas of law early in her career, gaining experience in immigration, personal injury, and real estate. But it was immigration law that truly drew her in. Over time, it became more than just a focus, it became her core expertise, where her ability to bring structure and clarity made the greatest impact.
Over the years, Ms. Das worked closely with attorneys across the U.S., quietly building trust through her attention to detail, deep knowledge of immigration procedures, and ability to handle challenging case types with care. What started as individual efforts soon grew into a team and eventually, into ALOP.
